The rooms werenice and neat, with good beds and showers. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing accurate information about transportation options. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transport and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby.
The walls were not well soundproofed, so noise from other guests could be heard. the entry driveway was narrow and could be difficult when cars were passing each other.

Comfortable, clean room with spacious bathroom and excellent shower. Despite some noise from other guests, we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were cute and helpful.

Recently renovated, clean, new. Good size room, plenty of cupboard space. Convenient location. Nice quiet room. Good facilities - TV, fridge, tea making. Open windows for fresh air.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great and the hotel facilities were great. Plus, the location couldn't have been better. It was right on the number 19 tram route, close to trams that took me wherever I wanted to go. The hotel was also conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around.

The hotel is strategically located near restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and travel to the city center with the tram line right outside the hotel.
Some aspects of the hotel could have been improved. The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, as there were areas with un-vacuumed dust and the overall appearance was a bit tired-looking.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. I was impressed with the location, right next to the railway line, making it convenient for exploring the city and having many restaurants nearby. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the room were just what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the FREE Wifi actually worked, even when I was on the upper level of the hotel. Additionally, having breakfast included was a wonderful bonus.
All was more than satisfactory.
